DR. EDDY LOO

Dr. Eddy Loo is the Founder and Principal Dental Surgeon at Clarity Dental Clinic.

Dr. Eddy graduated from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) with the title Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2015. Upon graduation, he served his government service in Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun (HRPB) and Klinik Pergigian Kg. Simee in Ipoh, Perak. Subsequently, Dr Eddy entered the private sector and worked in multiple private clinics before starting up Clarity Dental Clinic with his team. He and obtained his membership at the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS), The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Dr. Eddy believes the responsibility of a dentist is not limited to executing treatments, but rather provide CLARITY and guidance to patients so that they can make better decisions on their oral healthcare.

He also believes in continuous learning and has attended many short courses locally and abroad over the years. He recently completed a 3-year post-graduate diploma in Orthodontics from the International Academy of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics.

Dr. Eddy is actively involved in organization work. He was part of the scientific committee of Malaysia International Dental Exhibition and Conference (MIDEC) and Scientific Convention and Trade Exhibition (SCATE) organized by Malaysian Dental Association (MDA). He was the Treasurer and currently the Vice President of Malaysian Oral Implant Association (MOIA).
